Glulam
Glued laminated Lumbers is a structural laminated wood product composed of several layers of selected dimensional lumbers boned together with durable, moisture-resistant adhesives. In trade parlance, this product is also known as 'laminated wood' or ‘Glulam’.
Glulam is environmentally friendly wood product made of sustainable and renewable forestry resources in conformity with the Program for the Endorsement of Forest Certificate (PEFC).
Being an engineered wood solution, Glulam offers the best of wood with the engineering advantages of steel and concrete at affordable cost. It is ideal for applications as headers, beams, columns, rafters, curved arch where the stress rating properties are key consideration.

- Machine Stress Rated (MSR) wood laminate,
- Appearance characteristics
- Unlimited design flexibility
- Light in weight, stable, free from warp, twists or camber, easy to handle and install,
- Greater tensile strength relative to steel,
- Greater Compressive resistance strength than concrete,
- Clean, planed and eased edges on all sides
- Free from dead knots, light in color and small, tight knots that stain well
- Exterior grade glue bond that complies with ASTM 2559
- Suitable for preservative impregnation
